Our client is a respected Tier 2 mechanical services contractor delivering HVAC design & construct projects across mixed-use residential developments and commercial towers. They have a strong pipeline of work, a loyal client base, and a reputation for delivering on time, every time.
  
They are now seeking a Senior Estimator to lead complex tenders and play a key role in the growth of their estimating function, with a clear path to move into an Estimating Manager position as the business continues to expand.
  
The Role

• Own the end-to-end tendering process – from first review to final submission.
• Collaborate closely with directors, project managers, and design teams.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
• Provide risk analysis, value-engineering options, and commercial insights to senior management.
• Mentor junior estimators and help shape a high-performing team

  
About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the HVAC/building services space.
• Solid background working on mixed-use residential or commercial tower projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambitious – ready to take the next step into a leadership position.
