The company are continuing to grow their footprint across NSW, working on large Tier 1 Projects. With a strong pipeline of work reaching out past 2027 they're continuing to look for talented people to join and grow with their success.
About the roleThis is a new role due to the steady growth of the business they are looking for an project administrator to join the team. You'll be helping to support the projects team with administration works such as time sheets, progress claims, onboarding on new staff, general administrations duties.
Key Responsibilities - Provide Clerical Support to the Project teams
- Assist Project Managers with time sheets
- Help with purchase orders
- Create and send invoices
- Maintain project filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely.
- Manage all site internal and operational purchasing- office equipment, uniforms etc
About you - Experience as on office manger or administrator
- Proven experience within the construction industry
- Knowledge of products, systems, and market sectors within industry
- Takes the ‘extra step’ to ensure customer satisfaction
- A current drivers’ license
