They deliver HVAC projects across the commercial and fit-out sectors, typically up to the $5 million mark, and they’re now looking for an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join their expanding delivery team.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of mechanical projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and builders to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installation activities across commercial and fit-out projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and site schedules
• Lead toolbox talks, site walk-throughs and coordination meetings
• Manage WHS compliance and ensure all work meets quality standards
• Assist with sequencing, variations, and delivery milestones
• Resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with builders and consultants
• Support commissioning activities and handover documentation
• Maintain accurate site reports and communication with internal teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with site leadership experience
• Background in delivering commercial or fit-out projects
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with builders and client-side stakeholders
• Proactive, organised and able to manage fast-paced site environments
