About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of mechanical HVAC projects from award through to completion.
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will be responsible for managing project programmes, commercial performance, client relationships, subcontractors and site teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of mechanical HVAC projects
- Programme and subcontractor management
- Financial management, forecasting and cost control
- Client and consultant relationship management
- Procurement and contract administration
- Leadership of site teams and Project Engineers
- Managing project quality, safety and programme outcomes
- Reporting to senior management throughout the project lifecycle
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the HVAC contracting industry
- Proven ability delivering commercial mechanical projects
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes
- Experience delivering projects valued from $5M+ will be highly regarded
