A national Tier 1 mechanical contractor is currently looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Perth team.
The business is currently going through a major growth phase across WA, with a strong pipeline of newly awarded projects across the data centre, healthcare and commercial sectors.

The Role
You will be responsible for the delivery of major mechanical HVAC projects from procurement through to completion, working closely alongside senior leadership, site teams, engineers and clients.
The position will suit someone who enjoys operating within a fast-paced Tier 1 environment and has experience delivering technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end project delivery
• Programme and subcontractor management
• Client and stakeholder management
• Financial management and reporting
• Procurement and contract administration oversight
• Managing site teams and project resources
• Driving project outcomes around safety, quality and programme
What They’re Looking For
• Previous experience working for a mechanical contractor
• Strong background delivering HVAC projects as a Project Manager
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands
• Strong commercial and communication skills
• Experience delivering larger-scale commercial, healthcare or mission critical
projects highly regarded
