About the business 
A HV construction and service contractor based in Western Sydney, who work along side global business'. They are a close knit team of 20 but due to project and service pipeline are looking to double in size in the coming 12 months. The company work heavily within the Date Centre sector.

About the role

You'll be responsible to oversee the service and maintenance team for the business. This will be to over see resources, for reactive and programmed service across HV networks. It will be heavily focused on building long lasting relationship with clients

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake all coordination of service work in a timely manner
• Liaise, communicate, and negotiate with external parties including suppliers and clients 
• Business development by pursuing service leads and networking
• Manage client contracts to ensure they are in date and in line with services provided 
• Maintain and develop a healthy culture of learning and improvement amongst team

About you

• Trade qualification in Electrical works
• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role 
• Knowledge of products, systems, and market sectors within industry 
• Takes the ‘extra step’ to ensure customer satisfaction
• A current drivers’ license
