About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, this role will see you responsible for end to end project delivery, overseeing a team of Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Coordinators. You’ll ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification, while maintaining the company’s strong reputation for quality workmanship and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple mechanical installation projects from start to completion
- Manage, mentor, and develop the delivery team including Project Managers and Supervisors
- Drive a strong safety culture across all projects
- Review project programs, budgets, and progress reports to ensure key milestones are met
- Work closely with builders, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships
- Identify opportunities for improvement in delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
- Provide support in tender reviews, project planning, and resource allocation
You’re a proven leader with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting sector. You understand what it takes to manage complex building services projects and can balance both commercial and operational priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical/HVAC project delivery
- Experience in a Project Manager or Construction Manager role overseeing projects $5M–$20M+
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual requirements
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering highly regarded
- Ability to drive accountability and maintain a high-performance culture
