2 X Civil Supervisors Required |
Top tier Civil ContractorUnify Recruitment are excited to be partnering with one of the busiest contractors across NSW, to assist recruit for 2 x Civil Supervisors to join a business with a diverse portfolio of high-profile infrastructure projects. This role will see you working across landmark projects including transport, aviation, and water infrastructure.
You will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day site activities across multiple civil work fronts
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and standards
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements
- Conduct site inspections, pre-starts, and toolbox talks
- Monitor productivity, quality, and programme performance
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely mitigation
About You - Minimum 10 years’ proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on major infrastructure projects
- Strong background working with reputable tier-one (top-tier) contractors
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects within transport, aviation, and utilities sectors
- Experience across projects involving transport authorities, airport environments, and water infrastructure highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment
