Senior Submissions Coordinator | South Sydney Unify Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded business, who are recruiting a Senior Submissions Coordinator to join a well-established mid-tier contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Rail, Commercial, infrastructure and complex building projects. This business is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality delivery and genuine flexibility.
About the role: You will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality tender submissions, working closely with senior leadership, project teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead the coordination and delivery of tender submissions from EOI through to final submission
- Develop compelling, client-focused submission content including methodologies, case studies and capability statements
- Manage input from internal teams including operations, commercial and design
- Maintain and improve submission templates, systems and processes
- Ensure all submissions are professionally presented, compliant and delivered to deadline
- Contribute to win strategies and continuous improvement across the submissions function
About You: - Proven experience in a Submissions Coordinator or Bid Coordinator role within construction
- Experience working with Tier 1/2 contractors, architects or leading design consultants is highly regarded
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise and compelling content
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
